Dell has updated its Vostro line, announcing yesterday, the new 3000 series for business users.

The newly announced line will include an array of machines, offering various screen sizes, packed with more computing and graphics power..

The 3000 series offer screen sizes ranging from 13 inches to 17 inches, while being powered with Intel's latest Core processors.

Aimed at its business users, the V3000 laptops have embedded webcams and microphones for video conference purposes.

The 15 inch 3500 and 17 inch 3700, which are the larger models being, have an optional, hi-def WLED screen. Apart from that, the 3700 also offers the option of the sheer power of a 1 GB Nvidia GeForce discrete graphics card. Like usual, the new laptops offer wireless connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G. The new Vostras' are shipped with Microsoft Windows 7, and offer support upto 6 GB DDR3 RAM.

The Vostro 3000 series has already been released in the United States and some parts of Asia, and will be available in Europe and Latin America around the second week of this month.

Starting prices range from $649 to $679.
