A drug laboratory in an industrial area of Salisbury in Adelaide's north has been dismantled by police.
Two men at the property have been arrested after the lab was found on Thursday and the men have been charged with manufacturing a controlled drug.
The two arrested are facing court over the raid on the premises in Barndioota Road. One is a man, 55, from St Agnes and another, 39, from Lockleys.
A press conference was held by police at the scene this afternoon, and it was claimed that a sophisticated criminal enterprise had set up the lab.
Precursor chemicals used to manufacture amphetamines were seized in huge amounts.
A police spokesperson said, “It was too early to put a street value on the lab but it had the potential to create kilograms of amphetamines. The lab will take days to fully dismantle.”
