Baby slings recalled The U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday that more than 1 million baby slings were recalled by Infantino after three children suffocated.

The agency said that for kids who are less than four months of age consumers should stop using the SlingRider and Wendy Bellissimo and for a free replacement contact San Diego-based Infantino for a free replacement.

The commission stated that investigations were on into the 14 deaths associated with baby slings that took place in the last 20 years. Young babies can suffocate easily as they can not motor control their heads.

The safety commission stated that the products were made in China and Thailand.
