It has been reported that one of iPod and iPhone creators has quit Apple after nine years of service at the company.
In 2008, Tony Fadell moved away from his position as Senior Vice President of the iPod division, however he continued as a special adviser to Steve Jobs.
Fadell stated, "My primary focus will be helping the environment by working with consumer green-tech companies".
"I'm determined to tell my kids and grandkids amazing stories beyond my iPod and iPhone ones," he added.
It is said, that initially during the 1990s, Fadell created a hard-drive-based digital music player in the and inclined the idea to Seattle-based Real Networks,
He quit the company after six weeks because of accounted conflicts with Rob Glaser, the company's Chief Executive.
In 2001, Fadell joined Apple, and was working for then senior Vice President Jon Rubinstein (now Palm's Chief Executive), substituting him as Chief of the iPod division in the year 2006.
