11-yr-old cured by dog hair

The 11-year-old Danny’s life was not very good as he suffered from an allergy from dogs. But a drug containing dog hair has made his life much better. His family informed that little contact with dogs made Danny pass out and needed urgent hospital treatment. But the drug with dog hair has made him get resistant to dogs.

While walking with Bailey, a neighbour's Irish pointer near his home in Tredegar, yesterday he said, "I've always loved dogs but couldn't touch them. This treatment has changed all that and it's absolutely brilliant." He has been taking the treatment for the past two years and the special drug is designed to build up his resistance.

Three times a week Danny had the drug sprayed under his tongue after being referred to specialist Adam Fox in London.

Danny's dad Jonathan, 40, said, "It was all about Danny's quality of life. The spray has made a huge difference."
