Here is good news for the Xbox 360 owners, as it has been reported by Bloomberg that the console will soon be able to tune in a specific TV channel. It has been said that the channel will be dedicated to air live programming that will be original and will focus on the Xbox gaming.
According to reports from Bloomberg, it has been said that Microsoft has been planning to bring about a TV channel experience to the console as it has been sketching the possibilities of doing so through discussions with the former President of News Corp, the media tycoon Peter Chernin.
It is also being said that the TV channel will be owned in combination by Microsoft and Chernin. The TV channel will be airing live content and will show reruns of old programs as well, in order to sustain the continuity.
It has also been stated that Chernin also suggested a plan of introducing late night Xbox 360 TV show with comedian Conan O'Brien.
Bloomberg also informed that the subscription of the channel will cost the owners around $1 or $2 per month.
The proposal of introducing the dedicated TV channel will permit the players to tune in to it and experience an updated content.
