According to a recent confirmation by Square Enix studio, two new DLC packs - Black Market Aerial Pack and Black Market Boom Pack - for sandbox shooter ‘Just Cause 2’ will soon be launched. Both packs will be released simultaneously for three platforms – PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 -; and will be available for $1.99 on PC and PS3, and for 160 MS Points on Xbox 360.
As per the Square Enix announcement, the Black Market Aerial Pack will be launched on April 29; while the Black Market Boom Pack will be launched on May 25.
The Black Market Aerial Pack will feature the ‘F-33 Dragon Fly Jet Fighter’ and quad-mounted mini-guns and twin missiles to allow players to rain death; as well as the laser-guided auto-lock-equipped destruction weapon ‘Multi-lock Missile Launcher’; and ‘Parachute Dual Thrusters’, essentially for transforming Rico Rodriguez’s parachute into a mobile attack platform.
Meanwhile, the Black Market Boom Pack has been specially designed for agents “with little concern for collateral damage.” The pack chiefly includes the half shotgun, half rocket launcher ‘Quad Rocket Launcher’; the next-generation grenade launcher ‘Cluster Bomb Launcher’; and jet-powered blast weapon ‘Air Propulsion Gun.’
The DLC packs, featuring weapons and vehicles to gratify Rico Rodriguez aficionado everywhere, will give a new edge to ‘Just Cause 2’ - the over-the-top open world action game.
