TV star and multi millionaire Terry Serepisos is known to give unneeded advice to future entrepreneurs. However, Close Up has discovered that instead of doling out free advice, the star needs to be giving money to people he is indebted to.
It is reported that in the July of last year, David Henshilwood did work for the Wellington multi-millionaire and star of the television series the Apprentice Terry Serepisos.
His company had worked for a period of 10 months, but even after this time, the work was completed, they were still waiting to be paid.
According to Close Up, there are other companies, which are facing the same situation. Moreover, Serepisos owes the Wellington City Council millions in rates and ground rent.
It is revealed that Terry Serepisos accrued $116,000 rates bill, with Hutt City Council. This is noted to be the highest unpaid figure on the council's books.
The Dominion Post also evinced that on Saturday that the he owes Wellington City Council about $2 million in unpaid rates.
