A Chinese businesswoman, who is leading a large scale investment in New Zealand dairy farms, has denied charges concerning another unsuccessful business.
May Wang plead not guilty to three charges that consisted of failing to maintain records and offer liquidators with information regarding her previous corporation, the Dynasty Group.
This woman had even failed to meet the legal obligations to attend liquidator's meeting, making it difficult for them to source out the authenticity of documentation so that the firm's affairs could be unearthed.
She's also accused of leaving the nation, in order to evade an examination into the corporation.
