Costs for Giulietta in Britain Declared by Alfa

Alfa Romeo GiuliettaIt has been reported that the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, which is a petite family car, comes with a starting price of £16,995.

The latest five-door model is aimed at the likes of the VW Golf and Ford Focus. The car will be launched in Britain at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, in July.

The car provides a choice of five engines and three conventional trims and also the range-topping Cloverleaf.

The model which is least priced in the range is the 118bhp 1.4 Turismo, while petrol engines are the 168bhp 1.4 Multiair and the 232bhp unit, which is held in reserve for the most superior £24,495 Cloverleaf model.

It has been said that the diesel-engined Giuliettas start with the 103bhp 1.6 JTDM-2 Turismo at £17,895, and the more powerful 168bhp 2.0-litre models start from £21,195.

Every model has four electric windows, air-conditioning, LED front and rear lights and six airbags, and Alfa Romeo’s DNA system, this system lets the driver to modify the car’s reactions to altering road situation.

It is said that just the Cloverleaf does exclusive of an engine stop-start system, but this flagship model pays off with its own trim: 18-inch alloy wheels, tinted windows and red brake calipers.
