A new Tiffany & Co. store has been inaugurated in Shanghai's Hong Kong Plaza that is situated on the city’s most famous luxury shopping harbors, and designer boutiques, and a center of business and financial services, the Huai Hai Road.
The store is 6,400-square-feet in width, and is stretched over two-levels.
The two-level store sports an exterior with architectural aspects of Tiffany's well-known New York store, together with clear and dense blue glass panels covered with a woven metal screen that jointly produce vibrant visual effects.
Indoors, shoppers are greeted into a stylish milieu of warm woods, a crystal chandelier, stainless steel bordered display cases and vitrines, traditional furnishings and wall coverings, and a private sales salon.
Rebecca Ip, Vice President of Tiffany & Co. greater China, said that Hong Kong Plaza is the perfect site for a new Tiffany outlet.
"We look forward to welcoming both residents and visitors to the Tiffany shopping experience of quality, craftsmanship and outstanding customer service that is unique among the world's premier jewelers", she added.
The vendor is also opening a store at the IFC mall in Pudong, Shanghai, after which it would have a total number of four stores running in Shanghai.
