A survey conducted on lunchtime habits has discovered that New Zealanders seem to prefer sex to sandwiches.
The online survey spearheaded by Domino's Pizza has revealed that nearly 33 percent respondents have had sex while on their lunch break.
The survey involving nearly 9,000 people found that about 70% admitted that their most memorable lunch break involves a sexual experience.
However, some admitted to have got engaged, discovered they were pregnant, saw a car accident, been tattooed and played practical jokes on colleagues on their lunch break.
The survey uncovered that 75 percent of those surveyed took lunch breaks of just 30 minutes or less and the survey recorded that 66% of them experience 'food envy'.
In addition, the survey outlined that 50 percent plus workers have their lunch in their company's lunch room and that a large number often prefer to eat at their desks, in the car or on the run.
Also, those that buy their lunch shell out $10-20 each week on everything from gourmet sandwiches and pies to sushi, salads and fast food.
58% of them revealed to make their lunch at home. The most popular home-made meals appear to be last night's leftovers and sandwiches with myriad range of fillings.
