The features and other details on Motorola’s upcoming phone Motorola's Droid Xtreme or Shadow have been leaked. The phone was allegedly lost in a Verizon gym, last week.
According to DroidLife, the new Motorola device will be equipped with an 8-megapixel camera and an "HD Video" label around the lens, which will signify its feature of shooting movies at resolution of 720p, at least.
The phone's UI will run on a customized UI, which is based on Android 2.1. It is likely that the Company will update the operating system ahead of its launch in August to Android 2.2.
According to Gizmodo, Droid Shadow will be a Verizon-exclusive device featuring a 4.3-inch screen, 16 gigabytes of internal storage, a speedy Snapdragon processor as well as an HDMI port.
Its battery is expected to jump up to 1700-mAh being relatively slimmer. The charging duration is likely to be longer in the new phone.
A speculation remains on Verizon plans of introducing its new devices in the upcoming months.
Sources say that the Droid Shadow will not run on the MotoBlur user interface. It will come with slim tablet shape without a physical keyboard.
