Two men have been arrested for attacking tourists in Queenstown. Police told that the two attacked three separate groups of male tourists while punching and pushing them to the ground.
According to the police, all assaults were unprovoked. Most of victims are suffering broken noses.
The assault took place in central Queenstown late on Friday night.
The two booked for the assault are a 31-year-old Christchurch man and a 28-year-old man from Timaru. They have been sent to custody till Monday. They will be appearing in the Invercargill District Court on Tuesday.
