Tiger Airways has proclaimed that it is going to add four new destinations to its list, which will be reached via its flights from the Avalon Airport in Melbourne. The flights in the new directions will commence from November 10.
The move will let the commuters travel through Avalon and Sydney, Rockhampton, Mackay and Alice Springs. With this, the number of Tiger Airways Flights available from Avalon to different locations has reached to 7.
The Airways’ Spokesman, Simon Mossman said that the Airline will not shift the convoy from Tullamarine completely.
"That's absolutely not on the cards whatsoever. We're merely adding capacity to Tiger's current services”, he said.
The flights from Avalon to Sydney will cost the customers $28. However, they’ll have to pay $85 for flying Avalon to Alice Springs.
In order to reduce the efforts of the travelers in enduring their bookings at the Airport, the Airline has updated its online booking service, told Mossman.
Under the move, the Airline will introduce Airbus A320 planes at the airport, in addition to the two planes brought to Victoria.
Tiger Airways' Managing Director, Crawford Rix told that the development has been catching the attention of the customers.
