A US court has ruled that the body of the US actor Gary Coleman should not be cremated until his ex-girlfriend will see his body for the last time.

Last month, the former different strokes star Gary died because of a brain hemorrhage after a fall in his house at Utah.

His former girlfriend Anna Gray and ex-wife Shannon Price are in a state of cold war over the control issue of his state.

Mrs. Gray was named in a will of 2005 and on the other hand Mrs. Price had divorced Gary in 2008 but she was named as his sole heir in the year 2007. Mrs. Price has made a legal bid to take control over Coleman's estate last week. 

She has claimed that she is still Coleman's wife as per law and should be allowed to make the funeral arrangements. Gray was also named in Gary's will of the date 2005 and her lawyer has said that the couple knew each other for last eight years.

One of Coleman's friends Dion Mial has withdrew his name from the special administrator of Gary's estate. He was named in a will of 1999 by Gary.
