The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) is promoting the growth of Australia’s financial services industry. It aims to promote Australia as a destination offering high level of financial services.  

It is also trying to ensure that the Australian economy develops along with other Asian economies like China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. It also wants to make use of the enormous opportunities, which are present in the region with the development of these Asian countries.

The Australian Government is urged to take more steps to ensure that the country can benefit from the growth in the region and is able to utilize it for its own growth.

The growth in the Asian economies will also be a crucial aspect in the coming times. The strategic location of Australia will ensure that it can also benefit significantly from this growth in the other Asian countries. 

There will be a significant increase in the Asian population in the coming years. This will also provide a lot of opportunities for the Asian Companies to provide services to people across the region. Already, many Companies of Asia have established themselves globally and are market leaders in their respective fields.   

The increasing liberalization in the financial markets will also help the Australian financial services providers to offer more and better services in the coming times. It will benefit everyone, including the Australian economy.     

It is stressed that Australia’s financial sector will need to improve its performances considerably in the coming times to capitalize on these upcoming opportunities.
