Lawyers defending the woman at the epicenter of the scandal that alleged the scalp of David Jones Chief Executive, Mark McInnes reveal that has been checked out of her home by a media stake-out.
Grant Saligari, an analyst at Credit Suisse Group AG outlined that New Chief Executive Officer, Paul Zahra has to face the media coverage of McInnes's departure, in addition to the serious hampering effect on trading and damage to the David Jones brand.
Harmers Workplace Lawyers reportedly confirmed that Kristy Fraser-Kirk, the female employee whose complaints against Mr. McInnes' behavior triggered his resignation, last week.
The law firm claimed that it kept Ms. Fraser-Kirk's name behind the veil in a bid to shield her privacy; however, media reports were witnessed to publicize withholding her identity.
"Whilst it is legitimate for the media to report this serious and important matter, we would request that they refrain from pursuing Ms Fraser-Kirk", HWL was quoted as saying.
Mr. McInnes disclosed about his resignation last Friday in a view to reduce any collateral damaging impact on the David Jones brand.
