The television production company behind Supernanny and Footballers Wives, Shed Media, announced on Monday that they are in talks with the Time Warner, the US media group for the takeover.
However the confirmation of the talks swayed in just two weeks after Shed declared that the discussions are going with the private equity groups, Bowmark Capital and Darwin had stopped. During the announcement, Shed expressed they were in talks with another potential suitor as well.
On Monday the group declined to proceed on further details of its talks between them and Warner Brothers Entertainment, a subsidiary of Time Warner, expressing that there are certain members from its management that were heading the discussions.
The group in a statement expressed further that there isn't any surety that an offer can be made neither that the terms on which the offer might be made.
The talks going on between the Shed media and the Warner Brothers mark the third possible takeover for the Shed with in less than two years. During February 2009, the group unveiled that it had got the takeover approach via its management way back in 2008, however the board rejected the plea.
