One of Australia's chief specialists on HIV and AIDS is trying to caution the world stating that it is in such a phase, where it is facing a `continuing holocaust', which is particularly happening simply because appropriate treatment is not being offered to millions of people, who are suffering from AIDS/HIV.

Bill Bowtell, the Director of the HIV/AIDS Project at the Lowy Institute, was one of the people speaking in this context, where a lot of people aren't being given proper treatment or timely treatment.

He is of the perception that 35 million people are unable to receive treatment merely because of the financial crunch that has gripped all parts of the world.

He tried to reach out to people by saying that it should be understood that this condition is of very serious level, where a number of nations have been able to deal with it in an effective way, while a few are still struggling to get out of this labyrinth.

In addition to that, he said that even Autralai people should not make a mistake of taking this condition lightly. He named the epidemic as rolling holocaust.
