Recently in news, one of the leading Australian companies ignored the speculation of axing of their 40 people in the customer support division. The rumors were spread after the company launched its Sydney-based support center.
Sources say that the 40 workers from the customer care bay were being sacked 2 days prior to the launching of their latest support center at Sydney.
Speculations are also rife about that people who were part of project management, sales management, and provisioning and account management were dropped down to the least amount of packages at the authorized official condition.
A Company senior official, however, denied any such rumors, saying these stories are "factually incorrect”. The Company also adds that from past one year, Macquarie reduced packages of six of its employees and at the end even claims that the six of them were not associated with the latest contact centre opened at Sydney.
The growing Australian company focuses to offer healthier customer support services with its new and improved contact centre’s then to divert its tasks to India or Philippines.
