Windows XP, which stepped in the world of Microsoft nine years ago in 2001, shall keep going on and pledge to be stay with us for yet another decade.
Microsoft declared late on Monday that it shall permit few Windows 7 clienteles to purchase Windows XP downgrade permit till the year January 2020. Those licenses shall then allow the customers to switch between the latest operating system and in its place shall bed in a legal copy of the older version.
Microsoft at first decided to make the Windows 7 clienteles to downgrade to Windows XP only from April 2010, but after the end-date it was rapidly stretched until October 2011. Now, the company express that it shall expand the downgrade alternatives via the overall Windows 7 support cycle, which is programmed to last until January 2020.
The budge is planned to mollify business customers, many of whom hopped an advanced cycle by flouting the broadly slammed Windows Vista.
However the software goliath expresses that its customers are trailing rapidly towards adopting the latest Windows version, it also accounted that few still want to have the option to downgrade.
