The recent reports claim that approximately 70 per cent people in the world have a mobile connection, as per the data released by telecommunications company Ericsson.
According to the data released the gross mobile phone market aggregates to five billion users, and reportedly the figure soars at the rate of two million new users every day.
It was further added that the figures released were in regard with data released by the United Nations and US census bureau that claims the presence of 6.8 billion people on earth.
A decade ago there were just 720 million mobile subscribers and experts claim that with the ongoing rate the entire population of the world will become a mobile subscriber within two and a half years.
The finding further added that close to 500 million 3G subscribers are present across the world and it is estimated that the market for mobile broadband is growing at a leaping rate where the global mobile subscriber reach will attain 3.4 billion by 2015.
