Reports coming in from the lawyer for Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook claim that Facebook creator did have a contract with a man who believes of having an 84 per cent stake in the social networking platform.
However the legal team of Facebook is quite unsure about the fact if the founder had actually vouched for the deal or not, reports Bloomberg Businessweek.
The man behind this Paul Ceglia, has warned to sue the company. The document listed out by Ceglia he had been hired by Zuckerberg for $1,000 to create an mapping software called 'Street Fax' in the 2003.
The deal also speaks of an expanded usage of software project, created by Zuckerberg, called 'The Face Book' which was got finished by January 2004, for which Ceglia had received an additional $1,000.
The statement released by the company said: “We believe this suit is completely frivolous and we will fight it vigorously.”
