Listed commercial office property investor AMP NZ Office Trust is reported to have hired its new Chief Executive. Scott Pritchard, the Goodman Property Trust Fund Manager, has been named for the post.
The veteran would take over his post on September 6 and will be based in Auckland.
Mr. Pritchard had most recently worked as a Fund Manager for the NZX listed Goodman Property Trust.
In addition, former Executive, Murray Barclay from Europe would again be a part of the NZ crew by the end of the year. He has been offered to take over a senior executive role in its operations, Goodman Property Trust Manager Goodman (NZ) Ltd. announced on Monday.
"Murray's international insight will be most valuable to the business, and his expertise will further strengthen our existing operation and potential for the business development", Chief Executive John Dakin was quoted saying.
Mr. Barclay had worked as a senior official at Goodman for the past six years. Besides, his profile also has experience across Goodman Group's major European logistics markets for the past three years.
Goodman Property Trust shares were recorded to mark a plunge 1.1% touching 93 cents during Friday's trading.
