Apple has stated that it will be replacing all the faulty iPod Nano that complain of overheating in the Japanese region.
This move is certainly an improvement that has come from the past soon after replacement of the batteries and other such devices.
Japan's trade ministry has commanded to "publish an easy to understand statement" on how an individual can offer their defected pieces and instead have replacement batteries.
The initial Nano models that were offered in 2005 and 2006 are the ones that come in question and account of over 60 incidents that claim of overheating that also reported of minor burns.
Apple claims these incidents to be "very rare" and stated: "We've worked closely with METI (trade ministry) to make sure first-generation iPod nano customers who are concerned with their battery have the latest information."
