This year is not going good for the building product group James Hardie Industry, as its revenue has fallen down to all time low on today.
As per the report the shares of the industry have fallen down to least expectation and seem to be no difference in future as well. The main market of the industry which is in the US also shows no improvements in its revenue. As per the analysis, the industry shares are trading at almost 10% less than its earlier price.
The company has gained no profit both in its US and Australian markets. The company's net operating revenue without inclusion of its asbestos obligations and other expenditures has fallen down from 41.6 million dollars to 40.5 million dollars, which shows a 3% of loss.
It is been also reported by the analysts, that the prediction of net revenue for the 2011 which had been 143 to 164 million dollars before, now seems to be in between 110 to 125 million dollars.
The James Hardie Industry which is an Australian company but it is treated as the biggest construction company in US as well. But this kind of crisis in economy surely raises some pressure for the company's reputation.
