Noting is doing well for the Australian firm David Jones these days. As the company’s public relation officer Kristy Fraser had alleged the CEO of the company Mark McInnes has sexually assaulted her, there was a huge drama over the issue.

Due to this incident, she had already received 37 million dollar of compensation through a legal notice and Mark had already been thrown out of the company after his resignation. Paul Zahra has taken his position and now he has to deal with number of pending issues of the company.

The Chairman of the company Mr. Robert Savage is also charged with some legal issues, which is yet to be settled.

As per the chairman of the company, this is a very serious issue because after this incident, the share of the company in the market had already slipped down. Even more, now the female clients are not in favor of the company after the Fraser-Mark issue. But it has to be resolved quickly. So the new CEO is in tremendous pressure to settle matters as soon as possible and he has to take some tough decisions in the favor of the firm.
