With the Betty White phenomenon growing greater forever, the latest award in her bag is the Emmy Award for the Best Guest Actress for hosting 'Saturday Night Live' making it the fifth prime-time Emmy Award in her kitty.
Earlier she had won the Emmy Award for her classics - The Golden Girl and The Mary Tyler Moore show.
Apart from hosting SNL, White also appeared as a mad librarian in 'The Middle', a sitcom of ABC and 'Hot in Cleveland'.
The best guest actor in a comedy series was won by Neil Patrick Harris for his appearance in 'Glee'. This star, who also appears in How I Met Your Mother, also shared another award. John Lithgow and Ann Margret won the best guest actors trophy for drama for 'Dexter' and 'Law and Order' respectively.
Disney Prep and Landing bagged four awards while Modern Family, the 25th Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert and Saturday Night Live won three awards each.
The lyrics and music for When I'm Gone penned down for the series Monk won John Leverence the trophy for original music and lyrics.
