Focus Media Holding Ltd. has announced its financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2010-11. Focus Media Holding Ltd. is one of the largest advertising companies of China. It has said that, it has registered a significant amount of profit figure in the reviewed quarter after revising the loss suffered last year.

Focus Media Holding Ltd. has posted a net income of $25.3 million or 17 cents per American depositary share for the quarter that ended in 30th June, 2010.

The company has registered a loss of $23 million or 18 cents per ADS in the similar quarter in the previous year. The total adjusted earnings of the company in this quarter were found out to be30 cents per ADS.

Revenue of the firm has gone up to $158.2 million during the June quarter of the fiscal. It was recorded $129.5 million in its corresponding fiscal in the last year. There has been a hike of 22% in the revenue in this quarter against its like period a year ago.
