The General Manager of SEEK, Annemarie Duff while emphasizing on a healthy lunch has stated that the current season is a great time to get out of the workplace at lunch time and feast on some healthy food. Apart from that, the break helps in bringing down stress levels and also provides some much needed exercise to the body.

Niki Bezzant, Editor for the Healthy Food Guide while expressing the same point of view states that a well balanced lunch helps in improving productivity. A lunch rich in nourishment goes a long way in curbing the craving for coffee in the afternoon.

Ms. Bezzant also stresses the need for extra veggies in order to keep the lunch rich in vitamins and energy. She adds that even getting out in the sun is healthy as the vitamin D helps in improving energy levels.
