The Supreme Court judge is facing misconduct proceedings and has failed to prevent the investigation into his behavior, but it has been thrown into invalidate things.

The first step in the actions against Justice Bill Wilson must be done for a second time. This was said by three High Court judges in a decision.

Though it is a type of official pardon it also releases the access for Sir David Gascoigne the judicial conduct commissioner building a far wider allusion for an analysis into Justice Wilson's demeanor.
