Goodman Trust’s Chief Financial Officer, George Crawford has joined AMP NZ Office Trust. This is the second man from Goodman Trust to join AMP NZ Office. The first man was Mr. Scott Pritchard, who had joined as a new chief executive last month.
He persuaded Mr. George Crawford to join the AMP NZ Office Trust. They had already worked together at Goodman Trust. AMP NZ Office Trust is a property vehicle, which owns $ 1.27 billion worth of buildings portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Scott Pritchard has worked for four years at Goodman Trust, as fund manager for its $ 1.47 billion portfolio, with Mr. George Crawford who was working as a Chartered Accountant. AMP NZ Office Trust Chairman Mr. Craig Stobo praised and said that Mr. Crawford has a widespread experience in financial management, capital management, the reporting which is precise to the listed property and the investor relations.
He has a fantastic experience in financial management and corporate finance. He said further that after his induction into the company, the company will grow with a fast pace. Mr. Crawford was inducted in the company, when the previous chief financial officer refused to relocate, after the Trust’s head office relocation to Auckland.
