According to a report, the total job advertisements on the newspaper and internet have increased by 0.7% in the month of September and made it the fifth months of increase in a row. The ANZ Job Advertisement Series has shown an increase in the internet job advertisements off set a 1.9% falls in newspaper job advertisements in the month of September.
The overall series is now 32.9% more than it was before a year. The chief economist at the ANZ, Warren Hogan has said that while the job ads eased in the month of September compared to the previous month.
The Australian labor market is still standing at a strong position and the national unemployment rate is expected to fall below 5% in the early months of next year.
Mr. Hogan says a drop in the unemployment rate could lead the wage pressures and it could also likely to fuel skills shortages across a range of industries. The experts are expecting the positive employment intention to turn in to a solid employment growth in recent future with an average of 20,000 per month.
