IVF expert calls for young women to freeze their ovaries in their 20sAs per a leading fertility expert women who are in their twenties must get their ovaries frozen to enable themselves to have children much later in life.

One of the world’s most successful productive surgeons, Dr Sherman Sibler, said that the controversial procedure is very successful at making babies which should be made available on the NHS.

He says that this method is much more effective as compared to the IVF and could help several million women facing fertility problems to conceive successfully until they have satisfied their career demands and is ready to start a family.

The method of freezing the ovaries involves the extraction of one third of the healthy ovary tissue when the woman is at her peak of fertility during the twenties. This costs an approximate amount of 4,000 pounds or lesser. This part of the extracted tissue is frozen till the time the woman is in her thirties or even in her forties or fifties and has made up her mind to start a family.
