At the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic the latest aquaculture centre was formally commenced yesterday and will support in fueling a mounting thrust by native councils and industry troupe to yield the ocean's reward. Known as Ahumoana a Toi, the laboratory capability was unbolted yesterday afternoon by the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture Phil Heatley.
