The co-founder of Sonar6 revealed that about one billion people get their performance reviewed each year.
This indicates that the potential market for the performance in New Zealand for the management software company's product virtually has no limits.
According to this year's Deloitte Fast 50 listing, Sonar6 stands at 22 among the country's fastest growing businesses, with an impressive 324 percent growth in the last 3 years. Most of Sonar6's rise is fetched from North America.
Despite starting its research and development in 2004, the software company commercialized its product only in 2006. In fact, this is the first time that it has qualified the entrance to the Deloitte ranking. And it has been not a bad effort from the first time entrant. A lot of firms which missed out on the entry got a surprise when they found that the level of entry this year was an astounding 161 percent growth.
Right now the level of competition is very high and this precisely what will force create a good business. Even the competitors do their bit to help educate and develop the market.
