Keith Turner has been appointed as an independent director by the Fisher & Paykel Appliances. Mr Turner, who is originated in Wellington, chairs on the panel as deputy chairman of Auckland International Airport, an ASX listed company, Spark Infrastructure, in addition to many unlisted groups.
