French police say toddler survives 8-floor fall French police declared that an 18-month-old boy was alive after falling from an eighth-floor window of a Paris apartment by vital off a blind and into someone's arms. He was safe and had no injuries.

The baby was taken to hospital immediately and the doctors said the baby was alright, it was no less than a miracle. Police said that they have taken in custody to the parents of the boy intended for inquiring.

The police enquired and found that the parents had gone for a leisurely walk Monday and left the small boy, 18 months with his 3-year-old sister in the family residence in eastern Paris.

Yesterday the police informed that the boy somehow had way in to an open window and he fell out of it.

A man living in a building opposite from the apartment house told France Info that he saw the baby playing by the window with another girl a few years older. He informed that both of them were playing near the window, and had a sense a bit shocking might happen.
