According to the recently made announcement, the MasterChef New Zealand runner-up Kelly Young will offer raw beef and barbecue fare on the menu as she will be showing her skills on the Canterbury A&P Show.

After the lady lost to the Christchurch's Brett McGregor in the inaugural cooking show this year, it is to be mentioned here that she will now be joining Canterbury chefs and will be giving demonstrations during the show. It may be noted here that the show will kickoff tomorrow and after finishing MasterChef, she had done some work for the judge Simon Gault in his Auckland restaurant, Euro.

She also established Kel's and encouraged people to learn about the food they are eating. It is expected that the chef will be trying to make people learn to make dishes from lamb and beef on the show wherein she will also include a dish that will be made from raw beef.

She said that it will be a dish that many have not tried or seen before. However, the chef mentioned that she is equally excited and nervous about her upcoming show.
