Officials note 4 million rise in uninsured Americans

CDCAs per the records of the US health officials there has been an increase of around 4 million Americans who are still without any health insurance in the initial part of 2010 starting with the year 2008.

As per the records of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) an added 4 million Americans have joined the number of uninsured population in the whole of the US making a total of almost 59 million people in all to be without a health insurance.

A majority of these uninsured people have already suffered with several health problems and diseases and require immediate treatment. The maximum people who lost out on their health insurances during the past few decades are children and adults as per Dr Thomas Frieden.

The people who are uninsured in America are not just those who are poor and depending on their study most of these people are actually above the poverty level and choose not to get them insured.

As per statistics, about 80 percent of these people between the ages of 18-64 are without a health insurance and one out of every three adults who are living under 65 are from the middle income range and are uninsured at some stage during the whole year.
